## Overview

Genex is an MIT-licensed desktop harness for making games with AI, starting with Three.js browser games. It coordinates a main agent, workers and reviewers, and you can mix Claude (via your Claude Code subscription), ChatGPT models or local models.

Visual judges check each change in the running build, and the harness updates its own skills from what it learns. A plugin system adds tools: Blender for local 3D modeling and rigging, Meshy, Tripo and ElevenLabs through its tools router, and one-prompt publishing to genex.games. Unity and Unreal plugins are listed as coming soon.

## Key features

- Multi-agent workflow with workers and reviewers
- Visual checks of the running game after each change
- Use a Claude Code or ChatGPT subscription, or local models
- Blender plugin for local 3D assets
- Meshy, Tripo and ElevenLabs via the tools router
- Publish to the web in one prompt

## Use it for

- Build a Three.js browser game by chatting
- Generate and drop 3D assets into a web game
- Remix a published game from the Genex gallery

## Pricing

The app is free and MIT open source. You use your own Claude Code or ChatGPT subscription, or a free local model; paid third-party tools like Meshy or ElevenLabs bill separately.

## Getting started
