## Overview

GameFoundry is an all-in-one browser platform for indie game developers. Free in-browser tools such as a sprite and tile-map editor, retro 8-bit SFX generator, palette, dither and normal-map tools, a voxel editor and a CC-licensed sound library sit next to credit-based AI generators for sprites, pixel-art animation, sound effects, music, voices, 3D models, particle effects and Godot 4 or Unity 6 scripts.

Its Prompt to Browser Game tool turns a description into a playable HTML5 game you can publish to the public GameFoundry gallery. Since September 2026 the same generators are exposed through an MCP server, so Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code or Claude Desktop can generate assets, build a game and upload it as a private draft for review. GameFoundry is run by Fracturelabs OÜ.

## Key features

- Sprite Studio (beta): pixel-art sprites and 4-direction animated sprite sheets
- AI sound effects, music and game voices
- Image-to-3D model generator and particle-effect designer
- Godot 4 GDScript and Unity 6 C# script generators
- Prompt to Browser Game builder with publishing to a public gallery
- MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code and Claude Desktop

## Use it for

- Generate and animate a pixel-art hero for a jam game
- Make placeholder SFX and music without leaving the browser
- Let a coding agent build, preview and publish an HTML5 game

## Pricing
